SHIPPING POLICY AND SHIPPING FEES

-You will receive items around 7-12 working days* after the payment is confirmed.

Shipping Fees Calculation

 

West Malaysia: (POSLAJU) 

First 500g: RM7.15
Additional 500g: +RM3.00 

(e.g. total weight is 1kg = 7.15 + 3 = RM10.15)

East Malaysia: (POSLAJU)

First 500g = RM10.50
Additional 500g = +RM5.00 

(e.g. total weight is 1kg = 10.50 + 5 = RM15.50)

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Before shipping your order, normally Her Fashion Boutique needs 2-4 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • For sizes exchange please notify and return the item to us within Two (2) days upon received the item.
  • Courier Fees for return and re-deliver not reimbursed

RETURN POLICY

  • Please return your item within Two (2) days working day upon received the parcel.
  • Your item cannot be returned after (2) days working day for items received. 
  • Please send the defective item photo to : herfashionboutique@gmail.com for clarification. 

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
  • Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via our payment gateway
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

NOTE:

- In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed. Returns are not applicable for all under garments due to hygiene purposes.
